Exceeded my expectations. Easy check in at 2+ in the morning. Clean and neat room everyday. Attentive service staff who provided more tea bags when they noticed we finished ours quite fast. They also provided steam eye packs for us! Breakfast selection was great. Included local delicacies like rou Jia mo and Liang pi. CiCi was polite and nice when we checked out, making our stay to the very end a very pleasant one.
The hotel is well located and is walking distance to the metro. There are tons of food - local cuisine, McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Chagee, Hai Di Lao and even Peking duck! My dad (78), mom (70) and I (46) also walked to the Drum and Bell Towers, Ancient City Wall and Muslim Quarter.

The hotel has a good location, close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. The room is comfortable, clean and warm. The housekeeper Xiao Xiang provides very good service. He called in advance to communicate smoothly and ask for advice! There are small gifts for check-in and check-out. The experience is very good. I will stay in this hotel next time. I really recommend it to Xi'an!
