La habitación estaba bien, el baño estaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en recepción el dia que os íbamos, las dos recepcionistas que encontramos....no se puede decir que fueran muy serviciales.....te escuchaban pero te intentaban ayudar...lo justito.

Lo reservamos por las buenas valoraciones en español, y sobre todo porque resaltaban lo limpio que estaba. No fue para nada así. Cogimos una habitación para no fumadores, y nada más llegar encendimos el aire y empezó a salir un olor a cigarro horroroso. Pedimos un cambio de habitación, peroe staba todo lleno y acabamos con un ventilador esa noche. Al mover la mesilla, había palillos de comida en el suelo, un poco desagradable. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron, allí ya mejor. Aún así, ni una disculpa, ni una compensación. No repetiría.
