大唐芙蓉園暢遊:這點還不錯。但是出去得繞一個大圈才能回來就不太方便了
衞生：乾淨
環境：環境很好
但是那個早餐，那個質量跟種類，我去麗楓酒店28塊也吃的差不多了。一千多的房間早餐這個樣子真的是沒眼看🤦♀️東西冷的不説 種類少得可憐根本沒有吃的慾望。太離譜了

已經是第二次入住芳林苑了，酒店的景色非常好，古色古香，上一次是帶爸爸媽媽過來住的，這一次是帶兩個寶寶過來的，每一次都非常的滿意，服務人員非常熱心幫我定好夜遊大唐芙蓉園的船票。還幫我升級了套房非常滿意，很後悔衹住了一天，下次再來的時候一定要多住上幾天才能欣賞完大唐芙蓉園的美景。特別是夜景非常的迷人。

環境非常舒服的一家酒店，就在大唐芙蓉園裡麪。去大唐芙蓉園無限次都是免費進出。酒店的服務態度非常好👍衞生也很乾凈，非常不錯的一家酒店。

這次西安親子游，選酒店時衝著評價定了芳林苑，沒成想體驗卻讓人一言難盡。
提前一天就和酒店溝通好，大概 1 點半左右到店。可真到了酒店，眼前的景象卻讓人懵了 —— 壓根沒人接待，前台的三位工作人員自顧自發呆，連個打招呼詢問的人都沒有，我還一度以為這是無人自助前台。
從 1 點半到 2 點半，我在大廳裏足足等了一個小時，全程沒有任何人過來溝通入住的事情。看着眼前這景象，我實在忍不住疑惑：這好歹也是五星級酒店，前台怎麼能冷漠到這個地步？在全國五星酒店都是罕見。
後來一查才知道，芳林苑背後是曲江文化投資有限公司，原來是家國企，瞬間就恍然大悟了。難怪它能開在芙蓉園園區裏，服務人員卻能如此散漫。
説起來也巧，這次來西安誤打誤撞住了三家曲江文化投資旗下的酒店，西安唐華華邑、西安曲江嘉悦裏的服務意識都挺不錯，怎麼偏偏就芳林苑這麼 “特殊”？
之後我聯繫了攜程，可攜程也沒能協商出個結果。想想也是，人家是國企，大概也不差老百姓這點房費，服務人員的閑散似乎也不影響他們的飯碗。面對這種情況，我也衹能呵呵了
