Jinmao Hotel Xi'an Donwtown

For my stay at Jinmao Hotel Downtown Xi’an booked through Trip.com, I found the location to be exceptionally convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from the nearest Metro station, providing easy access to Xi’an Railway Station and other popular destinations like the Drum Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the famous Muslim Street is only about a 10-minute walk, perfect for sampling local cuisine and culture. Biang Biang noodles is a must try! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment for rest and relaxation. The hotel’s gym facilities are decent for a quick workout, though there is some scope for upgrades in overall amenities and facilities. Breakfast was included but fairly average in taste and variety, so I recommend exploring the local restaurants around the hotel for a more enjoyable meal experience. One highlight was the friendly and helpful staff who made the stay more welcoming and smooth. Overall, Jinmao Hotel Downtown Xi’an is a great choice for travelers seeking a well-located and comfortable place to stay, especially if booking through Trip.com for hassle-free arrangements.

Jinmao Hotel Xian has a great location. It’s walking distance to The Xian City Wall, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarters. The hotel room (for party of 3) was spacious enough for all our 3 luggages.. the toilets were clean (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) was provided. There’s a free laundry (washing machine & dryer) at Level 3 for all hotel customers to use for free. Just outside the lobby there’s alot of eateries, even halal one. The BBQ chicken & beef skewers were to die for. Lastly, the hotel staff were friendly & accommodating.. I really enjoyed my stay at Jinmao Hotel - highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room. The location is good, within walking distance to 钟楼. The staff are friendly and nice. Knowing we need to leave the hotel early for our trip for sightseeing, they prepared breakfast in advance for us to bring along.

Great location with plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast was great. The room is nice and spacious. Lobby staff are nice and friendly some can speak english. One of the better hotels we had stayed at travelling around China. Definitely recommend.

If you like to be kept awake for most of the night when you are trying to sleep then this is the place for you. Nothing but constant noise from customers at the establishments on the street and then when things close the vendors start chirping loudly with each other for an hour. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. Stay was as expected an everything went smoothly. Cleaning of the bathroom needs a bit more of attention and the breakfast could have nore variety of food. In general I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
