The hotel is located in a sort of "square" with other hotels. During check-in, we received a free (and unsolicited) upgrade to a suite with a living room, two bathrooms, and a whirlpool tub. The upgrade was much appreciated, and the suite was truly comfortable, spacious, and bright. The hotel pool is nice but not the easiest to get to because it's located in the same square but in a different building, and the changing rooms were a bit smelly and had a few moldy patches. The staff and reception were extremely kind and courteous: they provided us with tons of information and suggestions and helped us purchase tickets for the Terracotta Army on official Chinese websites, avoiding surcharges on international sites. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, but mostly savory. The hotel is about 1 km from the main central attractions of the city (which is huge). A very positive experience.

We received a free upgrade to a suite as soon as we arrived. Friendly staff and keen on providing good service.
I read some of the previous reviews and it seems they do listen about customers complaints. For example, one person complained they provided no information about the best places to visit, but they did that for us. Another complained about the 4th floor suite not having internet, but our suite in the 4th floor did have internet.

The hotel is located in a historic building complex in the city center. Parking is convenient. It's a few hundred meters from the subway station, so transportation is very convenient. The landmarks and food courts are all accessible by subway. The room is large and has a foyer. The mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast is satisfactory.

Treasure Hotel always considers its guests and offers exceptional service! I can imagine the internal management training is very thorough. They even take the trouble to collect packages and carry luggage, which is very touching. We were given a free upgrade to a first-floor suite. The room was spacious, but due to the busy street, we had to keep the curtains closed almost all day, like we were in air defense mode. The hotel building dates back to the 1950s, and the rooms are quite old. The breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options.
