We arrived at 5.00 am and the duty manager and staff were efficient and friendly. Overall the rooms, front office, housekeeping, F&B, concierge and facilities were very good.
The food served at the breakfast buffet had a good variety and quality although replenishment of food and service was lacking at times.
I booked a family room that sleeps 4 and I must say it was very spacious and well appointed. It was very good value for money given that we has access to the Executive Lounge that served drinks and snacks.
Reception staff spoke some English but whenever I needed to communicate, the Duty Managers spoke good English.
Check out was a breeze.

Location is good but surroundings is not great, so always have to travel to find some place to eat.
Amazing breakfast.
My issues:
1. Staff’s english is not great (will need a translator app)
2. The toilet size is too tiny! If you are a big guy (over 6’3 you will suffer

The hotel staff were all super kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool each day. We stayed during the Chinese New Year and enjoyed the decorations and treats.

Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet has many food options to pick from. The lobby is spacious and grand. There is also someone who helps with carrying the luggage at the hotel entrance.
