酒店大堂富麗堂皇，房間寬敞明亮，設施也還不錯。酒店離永興坊走路5-6分鐘。離城牆10分鐘左右。城牆夜景燈火輝煌，火樹銀花。現在遊城牆的人不是很多，還可以看錶演，給人的體驗很好。酒店服務主動熱情。早餐品種豐富，味道還可以。

Incredible hotel in the old wall city. The staff always were super attentive with us. Even my parents cannot speak English or Chinese, they always try to have ways to communicate with them. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are clean. Amazing experience highly recommend it.

Room not spacious enough. Decent swimming pool. Booking on trip.com for four nights not allow to accumulate points for Hilton honors member which was disadvantage.

We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations. Service excellence in every respect

A lovely hotel with wonderful staff who were happy to help with any queries we had. Slight downside is the location, with the hotel not being near many attractions and the nearest metro line 15 minutes away. However, would definitely consider staying here again if we were to go back to Xi'an.

A very good hotel, overall one of the best across 10 cities we visited on our 1 month holiday in China. Very well located and bed was so comfortable for English European travellers from NZ. Staff were great on front desk, housekeeping and breakfast. Well Done, we will stay again
