Incredible hotel in the old wall city. The staff always were super attentive with us. Even my parents cannot speak English or Chinese, they always try to have ways to communicate with them. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are clean. Amazing experience highly recommend it.

Room not spacious enough. Decent swimming pool. Booking on trip.com for four nights not allow to accumulate points for Hilton honors member which was disadvantage.

The hotel is excellent. The location is perfect. Importantly, all the staff at the hotel are extremely professional, very kind, very polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Fitness facilities are very good. Pool is nice but no place to sit.
Placement is not too central, although inside the city walls.
Breakfast buffet is nice, although more western option/quality would be preferred

Beautiful hotel, really elegant and spacious, love the pool and facilities, top notch breakfast, great area and atmosphere for local food and experiences. It’s getting little bit old and worn in some places though and the style of the rooms looking a bit dated. Overall very comfortable
