衞生：床品很乾凈，但開關插座、櫃門把手、冰箱門等細節處的清潔衞生還有提升的空間。
環境：酒店位於南二環，緊鄰西安博物院、陝西美術博物館，離陝歷博、鐘鼓樓也很近，出行方便。
服務：房務部的工作人員都很熱情，見面主動問好，主動詢問是否需要幫助。做清潔的姐姐看到我們帶孩子出行，怕我們的水不夠喝，還特意多放了幾瓶，很暖心，感謝🙏🙏

定的家庭房，屬於套房加床改的，但效果非常不錯，能分能合。70多平方的面積也是非常大氣。除了3份早餐還包括酒廊服務，不一定需要吃，到要有，也增色不少？而且酒店還幫忙提早到10點辦理入住，整體入住體驗非常好

每次出門都要去輸入車牌，注意：是每次進出，不是你入住期間，禮賓部太閑找點活幹？輸車牌是不能去前台那的，要跑到角落的禮賓部，來入住的都是閑的無聊發瘋的，所以要這麼設定？做到涇渭分明？

西安旅遊最正確的選擇。第一天入住行政層，沒有雙床房，給免費升級了單卧套房，king size的大床，一大兩小夠睡了。後面幾天早出晚歸，放棄了行政房，選擇了兩個高級房，同樣滿意。接觸了前台接待，工程部經理，預訂部，大堂吧服務員，餐廳接待，服務態度都很和善。洲際集團的酒店住的最多的是洲際和皇冠假日，他們沒有香格里拉酒店那麼多空洞的考核，不會有人追着加你微信要求你給全五星好評，這一點體驗舒適度穩贏。早餐豐盛，很多特色小吃，臊子麪油潑麪肉夾饃，比飯館的好吃。唯一不足是煎蛋師傅，似乎不太懂雙面煎半熟和單面煎的區別，希望加強培訓。咖啡豆口感略單一，特別是拿鐵，遜於洲際和香格里拉，希望升級。大堂門口外面沒有服務生接待引導，更沒有人幫拿行李和開關車門，可能定位就是如此，倒也無可厚非。酒店位置在小雁塔西安博物院附近，交通便利，叫車非常快，到秦嶺動物園、機場、陝歷博秦漢館、赳赳大秦劇場30-60分鐘不等。到碑林、大唐芙蓉園、永寧門城牆入口等衹要15分鐘。天氣熱，沒有體驗地鐵。旁邊的蓮花餐飲，不好吃，魚有土腥味，請避雷。退房時贈送了紀念幣，把對西安的好感帶回家。
