It's not far from the tourist attractions. I was worried about the soundproofing outside the window before I arrived, but the room itself wasn't soundproofed, and I could hear people walking in the hallway.
Facilities: Average, not outdated.
Cleanliness: Okay, but the sheets weren't changed during my two-night stay.
Service: Attentive to guests, provided earplugs, added WeChat, and sent occasional greetings.

The room is not soundproof. Even with the TV off, you can hear the neighbors talking, almost right above your head. I went to bed early the next day because I had two museums to visit, but I was woken up around 1 a.m. by a family on a trip, who probably had two rooms, and they kept talking in the hallway, even keeping the children awake! They even knocked on the door, asking for their grandmother. I can't say this is a moral issue, but I think it's a mental issue. They didn't think it bothered anyone else, staying up past 1 a.m.! 1. Staying at this hotel made me afraid I wouldn't be able to leave Xi'an. This is not a malicious review. I've stayed at so many hotels, and I haven't given a single one or two stars. The security guard at the door was extremely intimidating. We simply asked if our one-year-old child, who didn't have an ID, needed to register, and he practically cursed, implying we could stay or not. I looked at him a few times, and he looked back at me. Finally, my wife came downstairs to park and asked us if we were staying in room 603. I was so scared that I checked out the next morning. Ctrip, a big company, was so responsible that they refunded us overnight and covered the room charges.
