Navigation took us directly to the hotel entrance, making it easy to find. Krystal, the front desk clerk, was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. 這次入住的公寓式酒店，最讓我驚喜的不是寬敞整潔的房間，而是前台團隊全程在線的神仙服務！當天還沒走近前台，前台Vivi小姐姐看到我拎着大包行李，立刻主動上前幫忙，登記時動作麻利又細緻，還貼心告知了周邊便利店位置和電梯使用注意事項，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。入住期間發現空調有點小問題，打電話給前台後，不到10分鐘就有工作人員帶着工具過來檢修，期間前台還特意打電話跟進“是否修好，需要換房隨時説”，這種主動分憂的態度真的太加分了！
