我們於昨晚（1月23日）在同程網上訂的西安壹舍智能風民宿，由於行程匆忙，入住已經凌晨一點多，進到房間，房間裏面冰涼，打開空調，空調外機聲音就像飛機轟鳴聲，出熱氣像長者喘息，水龍頭上邊還有沙眼漏水，噴射很高，休息時按床頭開關，感覺還漏電，電了一下，折騰一晚上都沒睡好。早上起床給房東聯繫退房，房東説我定的是兩天，不能退，該投訴投訴，大過年的氣**了！訂房時候也沒提示訂兩天必須住夠兩天！

第一次住民宿，絕對也會是最後一次，廁所沒有乾濕分離，僅僅掛了個簾子，簾子掛鈎還老化的掉了很多就用繩子綁了一下，每次放熱水都要好幾分鐘，早上七八點入住中午來讓我交續房費用，使勁敲門我沒應的情況下還準備輸密碼進屋，幸好我是有反鎖的習慣，不然我和女朋友都有光着睡覺的習慣直接被人闖進屋子了，問客服要怎麼解決。。那態度。直接放圖。。説句實話，房價不便宜，服務一點沒有
