衞生很不好，第一次住這麼臟的民宿，被套也不乾淨，有一塊黃黃的，紙衹有一小卷，用完還得自己去買房間就是二三十年前的老房子的感覺，裝修很差，真的沒住過這麼差的房間裏有個廚房，裏面晾着上個客人走了換下來的床單被套啥的，真的沒話説，一點都不舒服，床是彈簧的，稍微動一次就有聲音忘記拍照了，怕噁心到各位，真沒必要花三四百睡這，我這次踩大雷了避雷❗️❗️❗️避雷❗️❗️❗️避雷❗️❗️❗️

優點：地理位置不錯，就在鳳城五路世紀金花星巴克邊上上樓，地鐵口也在邊上不遠。
房間衞生一般，燈光較為昏暗，屋內設施較為雜亂，整體體驗不太好，一般。
