整體衞生比較好，保潔人員打掃細緻乾淨，房間牆面上有有個位置有黃色污垢，可以修飾一下。地處三橋地鐵站附近，附近有盒馬，萬象城等商業區域，也有居民居住擺攤比較繁榮。電視聯網還能看電影，沒有空調是可調節換氣扇，調節風速也能很清爽。
