The hotel room and others is good, But the people work are irresponsible. Specially the front desk team.
on the last day during checkout i had a booking for taxi from hotel to Airport - costing 150Yen, which i paid cash in advance.
But unfortunately after one hour of my pickup time nobody shows up, from front desk the person couldn't tell anything. i had a flight to catch so i left the booking money took another taxi and gone to airport.
Taxi for airport pickup suppose to come 5am (My flight was at 8.10am -Flight MU 6187 - 10th Sept 2025)
I was waiting till 5.55am.
Later they didn't even call or inform me and no refund..

Hotel is fantastic with everything facilities. From hot water to drinking water including wifi support and 24 hrs service in reception.😎😎😎😎

"Had an amazing stay at Podinn hotel ! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always eager to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The location was also fantastic – close to many attractions and great restaurants. The breakfast selection was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

I booked for 2 nights, but the receptionist said informed that I only booked for 1 night only. After sharing with him on the confirmation number, then he admited that it was theiir mistakes.
There was no cleaning inmy room, until I asked for it.
