The sockets were broken, which was outrageous. Of the four sockets in the room, one was completely broken, and one was difficult to plug into. Luggage storage was completely irregular. It was placed in the lobby without any verification process. Anyone who wanted to take it could just take it. There was no sign to indicate it. The facilities were old, which is understandable, given that this is an 18-year-old hotel. There were no disposable cups for rinsing their mouths, so it's hard to tell if they were clean. I refused to upgrade my room because I used permissions. It was available on the platform, and the previous guest had asked about it, but when I asked, they said it was gone. The woman on the night shift from April 30th to May 1st was irritable when I woke up, probably because I disturbed her sweet sleep. Overall, it's a huge difference from Home Inn and Hanting. I finally understand why GreenTree's market value has been declining year after year. It's far inferior to Home Inn and Hanting, especially in terms of details. Overall, I strongly recommend spending a little more and booking a different hotel chain.
