地理位置還行，去大雁塔不夜城打滴都衹要十幾塊錢，對面還有個大商場。服務態度和衞生都可以，房間設施也不錯，有免費的無限瓶裝水供給，洗衣服也方便，不過有時得等。早餐非常不錯，性價比很高，吃了三次，菜色都不一樣。下午茶沒啥可吃的，去看了就知道了。有次回賓館九點半，想着晚上不是到十點都有嗎，想去喝個酸梅湯，結果全都沒了，有個打掃的服務員説她們要提前打掃，呃，那就説開放到九點半唄。其他的問題就是網絡和電梯。網絡很不給力，非常慢，我好幾次都直接用手機流量上網。電梯衹有兩個客用電梯，有時加上員工運貨電梯也不夠用，要等半天。離店時，等了很久電梯，每次有電梯到我們樓層都是滿員，如果是趕時間的客人需提前預留一點時間。
