El servicio fue muy atento y nos ayudó a movernos por la zona. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con toda clase de instalaciones. Está muy bien ubicado frente a la entrada del metro lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad.

The hotel is a bit poorly maintained by European standards. The location is excellent, with the metro right across the street and plenty of amenities and shops nearby. The housekeeping service could be better; unfortunately, they don't make the beds, just change the towels. If you're traveling with four people and staying in one room, ask for extra toiletries. It's nice that they leave you a small gift of snacks upon checkout. Overall rating: fair. Recommended: yes.

There were tiny cockroaches, and they slept in their outer clothes all night. The cleaning lady cleaned the room early in the morning before we even checked out. After breakfast in the rain, I came back to shower and found the door open. Speechless. Honestly, the location is convenient, with ample parking.
