The location is great, right next to the MixC and a 10minute walk from the subway station. The Renaissance Hotel feels spacious, comfortable, and natural feel. Their Breakfast
was good, especially their special (chinese roujiamo), overall the service was good.

Friendly and ever warm welcoming of staff whenever we get back to the hotel after exhausted from our days’ trip. We were given a free upgrade of a higher floor room when we reached. Room service attendants are the best and I was really impressed how detailed and sweet the lady was in knowing we usually prefer our rooms to be cleaned after lunch as we do sleep in quite abit for most mornings. The cutest robot ever delivering our food deliveries every evening.🥰 If only there were more varieties and food options for breakfast.

Biggest bed that i have seen. Breakfast is good with many special food in xian. The hotel is value for money
Location is around 20mins from key tourist spots. Only issue is wifi is not stable
