Service and staff especially a lady by the name of Zhang Tui was amazing. Fantastic attitude. Went the extra mile to write and plan for me the major attractions. She really understands what is great customer service!!! Even upgraded my accomodation! I hope the management take notice of her great attitude and promote her. I would highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is 15 20 minutes walk from the metro. Near many eating places...

I chose this hotel in order to go to Huaqing Palace early in the morning. The price for staying in this hotel during the May Day holiday is completely worth it. There is a breakfast shop next to the hotel, which has a wide variety of food and is relatively cheap.

I booked a room for my relatives who came from other places. It was close to home and the room was clean. I booked a special room and was upgraded to a bigger bed. The waiter was also very enthusiastic in showing me the room. Overall very satisfied.
