Beautiful, very nice and well-kept property.
The two young people at reception are kind, friendly, and extremely helpful; they also speak English!
The location is truly excellent! A 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower, metro lines 2 and 6, 15 minutes from the Muslim Quarter and Drum Tower, and 25 minutes from the southern entrance to the old city walls (also easily accessible with line 2).
Wandering around, you'll quickly find countless restaurants and street food stalls.
The cleanliness is excellent, as are the services they offer!
The breakfast is international, and the room I stayed in was a single with a double bed, very well-kept and well-maintained.

The hotel is really very nice, probably the best on the trip in its price range. They also speak English. Unfortunately, the advice they give isn't good.
1. I missed my train because they recommended taking a taxi. I asked if it wouldn't be slower than the metro because of the traffic, and they said no. It took me 1.5 hours!!!! So I missed my train.
2. I had a question about a show. They recommended another one. It was three times as expensive. I thought, okay, if it's so great. But it was one of the worst shows I've ever seen. I'm a dancer and wanted to see it because I wanted to see the local dance. But the dancers were so bad!!! They weren't in sync at all when they should have been. The show was embarrassing, and I really regretted it.
3. I asked what the best way to get to the soldiers was. They recommended an express train. It wasn't an express train, it was a Chinese tour, and we had to listen to 1.5 hours of Chinese explanations, even when we arrived, because they weren't at all interested in what we wanted (finding the entrance). Take the metro; it's easier and less noisy.
I would stay here again, but I'll never listen to their recommendations again.

A nice hotel within the city wall, nearby the Muslim quarter and the drum & bell towers. Kind staff and the clean room included everything we wished for. Comfy bed and zen atmosphere in the room. Too bad we only stayed for one night, would definitely return when visiting Xi’an again!

Nice Boutique style hotel that gives a bed and breakfast vibe. If you have heavy luggage I recommend taking exit H from line 2 metro for the escalators. Amaps directed me to a blind alley towards the back of the hotel which was gated off. Fortunately a random local aunty kindly walked me around 2 blocks to the actual street of the hotel entrance. Staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions. They will look things up for you if you ask and send it to your WeChat. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast was decent and free refreshments/ beverages are provided daily which was nice!
