I truly enjoyed my stay at MEILIE Ling Hotel Xi’an. The hotel’s aesthetic is elegant and full of Song-style charm, blending traditional beauty with modern comfort. Its location is perfect — right near the Bell Tower and within walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city. The service was personal and attentive. Staff members did their best to accommodate every need, responding quickly and always with warmth and professionalism. Complimentary laundry, breakfast, afternoon tea, and even a light supper were thoughtful highlights. Communication was smooth, and requests were handled efficiently. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable — soft and perfect for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the small yet meaningful touches: a water bottle thoughtfully placed on a bench near the elevator, free drinks at the rooftop bar, and the friendly faces at the lobby and dining area. The smart systems, delivery robots, and AI features added a fun, futuristic touch. Even the elevator design — intentionally slow with a built-in seat — reflected the hotel’s calm and graceful philosophy. The entire experience felt refined, relaxing, and full of care. A wonderful new hotel that captures the soul of Xi’an with heart and detail.
