Nanfeng Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou Huimin Street Branch )

Had a wonderful 3 day stay here at Nanfeng in Xian! The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially Chiann who went out of her way to help us. Rooms were clean and the housekeeper responded to our requests for extra towels promptly. The buffet breakfast was an excellent value with lots of variety of food items and noodles made to order. The location of the hotel was also convenient to local restaurants and stores. Overall, an excellent stay for a memorable trip to Xi’an!

Enjoyed my stay here. Super affordable, the room is clean and with all amenities available. The breakfast is also super complete, with both local and western breakfast available. The staff is super nice and ready to help and, for a solo traveler like me that pack lightly, they have 24 hour laundry room available. Really recommend this hotel for your stay in Xi’an.

I am really satisfied with this hotel , I recommend staying here it has the traditional Chinese touch mixed with modern, and the stuff is so good they helped me a lot despite the fact that I didn't know Chinese, Xiao Yu was responsible for me she worked hard to fulfil my requests.

The hotel is good. It has a chinese style concierge with tea pots and the ladies are in qipao style of uniform as well. The hotel rooms are in western style and decent size. It has all the basic necessities. Maybe there are two things that I guess they can improve on are the smell of smoke in the hotel corridor and hotel rooms. The smell isn’t that strong but you can still smell it and hopefully they can have a few breakfast options for westerners.
