攜程白金用户，住的旅館裏，這次太意外驚喜。給酒店點贊。太温馨了。今年帶着新大一的兒子住宿這個旅館，之前好多大型的行李比如説床墊子等，都寄到旅館，旅館態度非常好，幫助保存。來了酒店下榻，先收到的是暖心的晚點，銀耳湯。不是第一晚，是晚晚都有贈送。除了晚茶，每天還有水果盤。臨走還送了一個西安紀念布背包。體驗太美好了，是西安的優秀窗口單位。
環境乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛，此次旅行太滿意了。酒店位置也比較好，距離西安大雁塔一站地鐵，步行兩公里就到景區，酒店旁邊就是地鐵站。送孩子上學很方便，出去旅遊閑逛也很美好，周邊有西安電影製片廠，西安的夜景很美。

整體而言是可以， 冷氣ok , 冲涼熱水ok , 唯獨服務就一般
如果住宿中沒人有問題發生， 是ok 的
我們住了五日四夜， 浴室不斷滲水和倒灌， 令到整個洗手間的地下都是濕的，酒店前台反映，第一晚並沒有處理，說明天會幫我們找工程部處理，第二晚回來，亦沒有處理，並承諾如果第三晚沒有處理，就給我們換房間，結果第三晚，都並沒有處理，只叫工程部人員拿兩條大毛巾，我們向做工程人叔叔反映，他說前枱並沒有告訴他，並即時和我們看， 倒灌問題稍為改善， 但仍然滲水
我們唯有向trip .com客服求助，酒店立刻向我們打電話溝通，並解釋原因，但問題依然解決不了，亦沒有任何解決方案，因為都最後一晚，我們就算了吧
