Free breakfast was superb. Check in process by 张and 龙was prompt. Central location easy to access train entrance. English and Mandarin Map of places of internet near hotel provided. Lovely checkout gift by the team. Love the dark blue tea bag provided in the room and breakfast

Hotel was in a great location near the bell tower, room was clean, laundry room was good and hotel breakfast was decent. However, when I wanted to order something and asked the hotel's help to provide a China phone number, the front desk rejected my request. Then, they offered to help book through their inhouse travel agent for 50rmb.
Although I suppose they are not in the wrong to refuse, it is quite surprising as other hotels I've been at so far have no issue helping hotel guests provide a phone number for ******* orders.

We loved our stay! Thank you for the lovely stay, and if we come back to Xi An, we will stay here again. Highly recommended.
Travelled with young kids and elderly parents and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient - within 5 minutes walk to Zhong Lou station. From Zhong Lou underground station, we are connected to Hui Ming Street, Luo Ma Shi pedestrian street, Kai Yuan Shopping Centre. 1 train stop away to Ancient Xi An City Wall as well.
Our room was great! Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. Our rooms came with breakfast daily at B1 - not a huge spread but it was convenient for us to feed the young children.

This hotel is located near Zhonglou Bell Tower and easy to reach Muslim Quarters District, Drum Tower and near to metro station. It is really easy to access to other attractions place.
Room is really clean, comfortable and new furnishings. Had a very good time rest & stay in this hotel.

The hotel is well located. Near zhonglou metro and bus stop is right in front of hotel. The hotel staff 小王is very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate my request. Hotel breakfast was good with some items changed every day. Coffee is good. Would stay here again when I next visit Xi An. Almost forgot to mention, I was given a fridge magnet upon checkout.

Everything about the room is great. Rather new, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Strongly recommend this hotel. Only setback is the hotel doesn’t have a driveway at the entrance.
