房間配套酒店位置絕佳，有小插曲，昨晚突然停電（非酒店方過錯）酒店工作人員和攜程客服一直跟進，特別攜程管家嘉羽，一直很負責很貼心👍離店的時候酒店贈送了精美禮物，昨天停電的一點點遺憾也沒有了hhhh

如其他評論所説，酒店位置非常好，但是鐘樓地鐵站出口數量多到讓我懷疑人生…4月的時候酒店樓下在裝修，塵土飛揚，裝修結束估計會好很多；酒店的設施和品質確實也很感人，床墊和枕頭非常舒服，燈光的設計佈局也很合理，健身房和洗衣房兼具，三台洗衣機三台烘乾機夠用，另外洗澡水壓非常舒適，還有自動沖水的智能馬桶；而且包含免費接機～唯一的不足之處：下水管道的噪音問題需要儘快解決～順便説一下西安的兵馬俑直通車，趕時間的不要坐，或者衹買單程！上車就開始給你推銷演出，而且不看演出的，要等看演出的看完一起坐車返程！誘導消費的巨坑！而且演出看得也不是長恨歌這種值得看的！兵馬俑的講解價格也不貴，跟其他人拼一下，直通車贈送的講解一個小時就帶你逛完哪有四個館，全程都在快走趕路，比走馬觀花還快！不如自己去，跟其他人拼講解！

Exceeded expectations, very good, hotel facilities are very good, very clean, the whole house Xiaodu control, very convenient. The location is super good, right next to the bell tower, opposite the Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, and it takes only ten minutes to reach Muslim Street through the underground passage. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude. Special thanks to Xiao Su, Xiao Wang and Xiao Liu who received us during our two-day stay. It was past ten in the evening, and they were still making lacquer fans with the children (free of charge). They also gave us souvenirs before we left. We will choose to stay here again next time we go to Xi'an.
