After careful selection, I booked the Hilton Garden Inn Bell Tower, and it was not disappointing. The hotel is in a great location. You can visit all the popular check-in spots around the Bell Tower in 1-2 hours. The hotel service is impeccable, considerate and warm, especially Shirley and Tom. Thank you very much. It was an accommodation that exceeded my expectations.

首先入住了四天 因為四天訂單都是分開，入住第一天是我自己訂的訂單不含早 後面三個訂單是朋友定的，我和我朋友都沒有注意含不含早，都以為訂的是不含早餐，辦入住的時候前台沒有告知早餐，退房後準備走了我朋友看賬單才發現含早餐，我跟我的朋友這幾天都是點外賣或者去外面吃的早餐，本來入住四天整體體驗下來還算不錯，尤其是負責三樓打掃衞生的服務員大姐服務態度很熱情，想着回去給這位大姐好評，因為這一件事大打折扣，前台業務不專業！！！後面酒店加了我朋友微信寄了幾盒粽子補償，説實在話不是很想要這個粽子，但是算了，大家都不容易，希望酒店能夠好好培訓這一位員工，不要再犯這種低級錯誤了😑
