服務：服務一般吧 有個前台服務不太好 上次住的時候在早餐裏吃到了一根不明毛髮 當時我還考慮到影響他們 就去悄悄找了他們 結果 不作為 非説是玉米鬚

房間很大，內窗房比較安靜。前台、餐廳、清潔人員的服務都不錯，停車方便，早餐豐富，餛飩麪條都能煮。前台和餐廳的服務很細節，會主動幫忙洗烘衣物，拿早餐的時候臨時幫忙看娃，暖心~

出差這裏距離客户比較近，服務，衞生都不錯，房間大小適中，適合出差。樓下有點亂，煙火氣濃，吃飯方便，有個非常接地氣的美食街，也有商場，距離地鐵口 3 分鐘路程，很方便。早上叫車也挺快。早餐簡單，但是營養都有，如果能有現磨咖啡機就好了🤔

住一次就愛上的酒店！這次旅行住的酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！房間乾淨敞亮，設施超新，床品軟乎乎的，一沾就睡死。
服務也超貼心，check in時送了小零食。位置絕佳，周邊美食多，景點也近。性價比超高，下次還來！

因為看了酒店評分 4.9，入住比較晚所以預訂的高級房，是走廊第一間且臨街，後付費升級了一間安心睡，房間不隔音，有異味，窗户後面是就是停車場凌晨三點還可以聽到車輛進出停車場道閘的播報聲音。房間後面有個油煙機出風口，早晨整個房間全是油煙味。打掃隔壁房間的客房工作人員聊天接打電話聲音很大。退房時和前台小哥反應服務態度挺好的，也送了小禮品。但是對房間稍微有些要求的還是儘量慎重選擇

換床單直接翻個麪 ，上一個客人的頭髮都沒收拾乾淨，還在裏面看的清清楚楚，讓收拾一下衞生 收拾完地下還是頭髮和外賣袋子那樣放着，收拾完了紙和拖鞋也不給人放 很無語😓

品牌酒店了，前台服務有待提高，孩子高考訂的房間，連訂了三天，第二天晚上孩子正在洗澡，突然房間就斷電了，給前台打電話問電視怎麼開的，服務人員説你不是訂了三天嗎？我也不知道咋弄的，就這説話的語氣，不知道是怎麼培訓的，很無語
