整體還不錯，攜程上訂了一晚家庭套，平台顯示第二天沒房了，前台辦入住時，工作人員説第二天還有，如果續住進快聯繫管家，幾經周折續住一天，還拜託了管家原房續住，第二天早飯後玩回來12點（出門前點亮了“請即打掃”的燈），房間竟然沒有打掃？請管家叫客房打掃，管家竟然不知道續住了…客房打掃來的也比較慢，可能那個時間正在集中打掃衞生，等客房來的時候，我和我兩崽已經睡著了….再接下來的一天，早餐後回房10:30左右，請客房送個火柴或者打火機，一直到退房12:00，都沒送來。
