還是值得一個五星好評，酒店由於是24年開業，所以各方面看上去都很新很明亮，房間風格很有活力，回到房間讓人心裏很舒服，標準化早餐做的也是比較好的，總體來説比較喜歡。
不過還是有硬傷，基礎房間的桌子面積比較小，所以如果是帶電腦的商務人士可能會有點難受，總體上更適合旅遊度假。而且我住的這間房感覺開關電路有些問題，床頭的總控開關不好用，我在離房之前留了一張小便簽，不知道有沒有引起注意。有機會的話以後還會再來，希望能住到一間更滿意的房間。

非常非常差的酒店，從衞生環境到工作人員的服務都極其差勁，尤其房間衞生
1.進門地板黏膩，走路鞋子有粘黏的聲音，叫阿姨來打掃過程中在垃圾桶旁邊發現一具蟑螂屍體
2.夜晚睡覺時地板有聲響，打開燈發現地上有兩節手指長的蟑螂在地上亂跑
3. 洗澡過程中使用護髮素時瓶子裏並沒有護髮素
4.餐廳麪檔阿姨態度極其差勁，説話口氣非常硬氣，好像麪檔是自己家開的
綜合上述問題去找前台反饋，酒店找了一個亂七八糟的值班經理，過來前台時，前台辦理入住的小姑娘還當我們的麪和這個所謂的值班經理打趣，並不覺得客人在前台有什麼影響。和這位值班經理講了所有問題，第一句話不是表達歉意而是要照片，還要求上樓去找蟑螂，在房間內找蟑螂無果，不解決眼前客人的問題反而給客人説要找消殺公司問責。。當下非常無語，不知道酒店是從什麼地方請到這麼不專業的經理，這位叫張磊經理完全配不上經理這個職稱，而他給出的解決辦法是送兩份早餐，我們不接受，説要投訴，這位經理説那沒辦法了投訴也可以，打了三個投訴電話後，又敲開房間的門説再送午餐，一會又出去打電話問高層領導，進進出出完全管不了事也根本不站在客人的角度思考問題去解決問題，我讓他叫他們領導過來，他告訴我領導今天不上班。領導不上班找一個管不了事的説話算不了數的垃圾經理來管理酒店，可見酒店內部排班管理有多混亂什麼人都能濫竽充數。最終在他三五次進進出出打電話商量過程後我們接受了他的新方案，退回一晚酒店的錢，第二天房間升級套房。
本以為事情就能這樣過去，沒想到到了新的套房房間打開馬桶蓋在馬桶圈上赫然出現一根**。。。。。我真的很想問問你們酒店是怎麼檢查房間的，本身作為服務補救客人就更應該高度重視，卻還是給了把柄讓我專門給你們酒店寫差評。
在離開酒店的第二天酒店營銷部的客服給我打電話詢問我入住體驗，我告訴他非常不滿意，這位客服卻向我詢問因為什麼導致我覺得不滿意，我反問她你們酒店沒有告訴你們原因嗎，她説沒有，還要讓我再告訴她不滿意的原因。我是真的覺得有點可笑了，出了這樣的情況酒店上上下下沒有做宣貫，一天之內部門之間竟然還存在訊息差，還敢來打電話再次向客人詢問情況，所以酒店的差評是你們應得的 。
首當其沖，衞生狀況及其堪憂，完全匹配不了四星級酒店該有的標準，極其不推薦，建議選擇其他酒店。其次，酒店內部管理混亂，管事的不上班，上班的經理都是些管不了事的人，出了問題不致歉解決問題反而覺得客人在騙人扯一大堆沒用的廢話。接下來，酒店部門之間存在的訊息差非常嚴重，一天時間營銷部的客服還不瞭解情況還要我再跟她解釋原因。。。。所以這個差評我一定要給，酒店也不用再給我打電話，我不會刪除評論，也不會再去妥協任何
