我住的拐角房非常寬敞，每天晚上有送睡前飲料（綠豆湯、椰奶）。入住前一天，前台工作人員Fiona已經開始電話加微信提供服務。 當天如果不去5樓酒廊吃晚飯和下午茶都會先通知她。 最後一天因為很早趕去奧體中心看花樣游泳比賽，申請延遲退房都得到了妥善處理。我們是第三次入住該酒店，最大的原因有二：1、豐富的早餐 2、周到細緻的服務。 衹要是合理的要求，酒店基本會滿足。 此外，酒店後面有很多吃飯的地方，燒烤、串串、當地小吃隨處可見。門口有公交車，去龍首村附近吃東西也很方便。酒店去年開業， 設施比較新。下次入住希望能夠升到更高級別的房型。

第一次入住西安廣成酒店，zoe在我出發前就聯繫到了我，詢問我的需求，fiona給安排了19層，不但滿足了我安靜、高樓層的要求，兩面落地窗、180度的景觀，更是意外之喜。酒店的大廳氣派瑭璜、房間衞生乾淨，乾濕分離的衞生間、獨立的衣帽間，都可以看出酒店的用心。酒店的自助餐很豐富，不但有西式的麪包、奶酪，還有中式的糖糕、油條，還有接地氣的臊子麪、肉夾饃。酒店的人文環境也非常好，除了服務人員，保潔侯巧麗也時常詢問我有什麼需求。

這真的是我住過最滿意體驗感最好的酒店了。一般五星級酒店的裝修和服務雖然好，但便捷性差一些，像送外賣機器人和電視投屏都不會有。但是這家酒店兼具五星級酒店的高級環境裝修和細緻服務，同時也有送外賣機器人和電視投屏這種提升幸福感和便捷性的設施。
服務也非常值得誇獎，每次上下車都有人主動開門，行李箱也會幫忙推。Lee，Belle，和Alina的服務很好。還會主動送椰汁到房間。
