特別體驗感不好的一次入住體驗。
在前台辦理入住等候了20分鐘，服務員比較新，態度還可以，但是根本不能解決問題。兩間房也沒有安排在同一層樓。因為有小朋友，房間是1.5米的大床房，問能不能升級，告知沒有房間，昨天滿房，簡直是睜眼説瞎話，昨天晚上網絡平台還有房間可以預訂，麻煩找一個更好的理由跟客人解釋更有説服力。
本人對煙味特別敏感，在預訂房間的事情就特別備註需要無煙房、不要走廊盡頭房間。但是安排的房間又是盡頭房間，又是有煙味的房間，有小朋友在，也不給換房，就送個空氣凈化器一點用都沒有，這個房間之前一定是被其他客人吸煙過，煙味都吸附在地毯上，真的是難受了一晚上。
這個房間的花灑不知道是被上位客人使用的問題還是維修過，接口處沒有擰緊以及油油的。

房間不錯，保暖也好，停車問題也解決的很好。
但是我提前一週多要求預留的高層房間沒有預留，電梯比較小 ，而且慢，最後一天等了20分鐘還是坐不上，衹能自己拉着行李下了7層
總體不錯，但是公共設施確實不行

設施配套齊全，親子出行配會齊全，既有大孩的學習課桌椅連枱燈都配套，又有小小朋友玩要的空間，備忘小黑板特有創意，方便旅行記錄。

就在永寧門地鐵旁，出行很方便。可以自助洗衣。早上跟團出行還沒到餐廳開始時間可以預約提供早餐包很不錯。

房間都是智能家居，比較乾淨整潔，鐘樓和鼓樓，古城牆，走過去就可以了。這個酒店給人感覺還是不錯的，被子也很乾爽，家電很新，住的比較舒服的。
