房間乾淨，寬敞明亮，飯菜好吃，暖氣很足，走的時候，老闆把我們送下山了。不足之處：衞生間地漏反味，需要更換地漏芯；花灑堵塞，需要用醋酸清理；房間隔音效果不好，需要看運氣，遇到夜間比較興奮的遊客，可能會比較吵；住了兩夜，房間沒有打掃，可能是因為住店客人多沒來得及打掃；如果沒有提前打招呼，早上快9點才能吃上飯；如果去翠華山玩，那邊有行李寄存處，不要讓老闆把行李寄存在小賣部。

十幾年來訂過百多家酒店，第一次給差評1.酒店位置比較偏，對非自駕的家庭不友好。訂房前諮詢了房東，她説去翠華山好打車，結果是來回都打不到車，房東的車停旁邊閑着也不願意送。玩雪後小孩全身濕漉漉的實在打不到車，給房東打電話，他説人手不夠磨磨唧唧的不想接，我們走了2公里走回去看到車才剛出發…2.酒店用餐偏貴，一小碗米飯要4元一碗…不過味道還行3.晚上要坐卧鋪火車，想要兩雙一次性拖鞋，結果房東一口回絕，一個房間衹有兩雙拖鞋，沒有多的”4.退房的時候説我們有個房間差一條毛巾…我們沒事帶你一條毛巾走幹嘛，自身管理不善，入住的時候就奇怪為什麼房間衹配了一條毛巾5.晚上沒熱水，不能洗澡，真的是無語…有一説一，硬件還是可以，服務真的是有點砸花築的品牌。
