酒店辦理入住，攜程訂房有兩份早餐，酒店前台説沒有，讓我自己和攜程溝通，溝通完，辦理的完入住，進到房間，1.地面衞生特別差，衞生間地上還有毛髮，有一條毛巾還是臟的，上面是淺黃色的，有點惡人，2.抽紙盒裡沒有剩多少張，打電話又讓送的，我挺不解酒店為啥這麼做，我花的全價錢訂的房間，紙巾最基本的東西都不給備全，我住的也不是別人住完的房間，3.半夜將近11點出現特別大的響聲，剛睡着，被吵醒，打電話給酒店前台，説讓保安來看下，看完説什麼設備，這有點太影響客人休息了，最後響聲結束時，又咣一聲，4.我們還有一間房，一位女士入住，半夜12點左右，電話響了，被下一跳，特別能理解睡着被嚇醒的心情，後來前台又打電話，説是外賣，我們都睡覺了，哪來的外賣啊，前台不核實確認一下房間麼！住過多家全季，這次比較差的一次，有點影響全季的品牌了！

都一次住這麼高檔的酒店，不得不説，很乾凈，很細節，服務特別的到位，流鼻血把床單弄的都是血，給前台一説，馬上就換了，新床單。一般都衹有兩瓶水，但是這個酒店，房間裏面還有一個小冰箱,裏面有6瓶冰鎮的礦泉水。非常的不錯。旁邊非常的安靜，一覺睡到了10點，才醒
