So I got in at about midnight on Sunday, 19 of November. As I struggle a little bit with my Chinese, the staff were about to give a full description of the address to the Chinese driver and when I got in, they were helpful. I was hungry and they offered me some fruits, and showed me how to order online what I wanted to eat on a special application. Room was tidy and nice. Robot delivery service and my favorite was the kitchen staff. When I got in there for breakfast, they also welcomed me with a great smile and offer me a complimentary meal after having my breakfast. They were one or not the most nicest group of happy staffers I have met in all of my travel experience. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel to anyone traveling to Xi’an for different purposes. Thank you Mercure
