JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Southwest

The studio king room is spacious & clean. The hotel is beautifully designed. Check in was fast but no one help us with our luggages upon arrival at the lobby.

It is a great hotel opposite of a long park. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. With a huge tub and great shower. Also the bar and sofa added positively. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever experienced. The gym has new equipment and an indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately it does not have a sauna and a hot tub. The nearest subway station is about 1.2 kilometers away from the hotel. If you are planning to come to Xi’an, please consider staying at JW Marriott.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel when we visited Xi’an in March 2024. The Studio twin room we stayed in was bigger than our expectation and the kids loved it. Cleanliness is top notch. I’m really nit-picking here but I think it would be nice if there was an option for the bathroom blinds to make it darker for when you want to wake up late as the morning light could be a little disturbing. There’s a park next to the hotel with running tracks. There’s a mall about 2 mins walk from the hotel which has different food/restaurant options such as Burger King, KFC apart from Chinese restaurants. Our flight was rescheduled and was delayed a few hours. I requested for a late check out(beyond the regular late check out) they agreed without any hesitation. I have seen several hotels which look quiet impressive in the pictures but disappoint when you actually get there. This is not one of those. The hotel is as good as it looks in the picture if not better. Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Xi’an again.

Nice and modern hotel. Got upgraded to a corner studio room which was huge and very nice. Location is in the business district so a bit further to the sightseeing spots, but not very far.

let me first start by saying this hotel was way above my exoectations. they have beautiful set up and the art is nice. I was blown away at the top notch quality service provided by this location. if I ever come back I would book again. Ann was very proactive with checking up on our needs and Klose Li helped us when we were leaving. room was spacious and relaxing as well.
