房間隔音很差，凌晨二點多隔壁房間講話音很大且很清晰，彷彿在我床頭講話一樣，無法入睡。聯繫前台告知無法調房，但他們會通知隔壁房間小聲點後便了事。但一點效果都沒有，導致我一夜基本無眠。提醒睡眠質量不好的小夥伴慎重選擇。

説一下好的，酒店給升級了一下房間，然後早餐很棒，然後説一下細節，第一房間淋浴間開門地上就有一撮頭髮，牆面還有塊污漬，不該出現這些基本的衞生問題。第二客遺一件白色衣服打電話致電前台三次説沒有，後面聯繫客房到最後才找到給我寄出。第三，從預訂過後，我預訂了3天連續住，就沒有任何一個客服主動提前聯繫過，也沒有基礎的提前服務，可能西安jw萬豪比較孤傲吧，這裏最後説明一下，餐廳經理服務態度很好。
