About 30min away from Xi an airport. Convenient location near to exhibition centre. Arrived on early morning at the hotel. Hotel reception was not really friendly to greet us. But overall was ok

First off this hotels service is definitely not a four star hotel. The room which I stayed in was super humid and muggy. Turned on the AC and waited two hours and the temperature wouldnt come down. Called guest service and said a technician will come up. Waited about another 1.5hr and no one showed. When i checked out they told me the water broke which is why the room was humid. Couldnt you have done this yesterday instead of me waiting a day to get a response.

Great location if you’re attending a concert at the Olympic Stadium. The front desk is super friendly—especially Jennifer, who always welcomes us with a big smile and goes out of her way to help, even beyond her responsibilities.
One suggestion: it would be great if the breakfast menu could rotate, as the same food is served every day.
The shower has a glass door instead of a regular one, which might be inconvenient for guests who aren’t couples.
