This is a real 5 star hotel with a grand lobby and classy feel. Room is spacious with comfortable bedding, a closet and a nice bathtub. Breakfast is really sumptuous with many varieties + famous local fare.
The main attraction, food and mall is just within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The stay is great..Zoe Kiko helped us alot, she upgraded our room and even decorated our room. we are very blessed with the upgrade and the room is well maintained and very spacious. The only issue i had is that the hair dryer is slow to dry my hair..other then this all are very good..i really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again if i have another chance to come back to Xian.

Perfect location, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, room is very clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again when I visit Xi’an in the future.

設施：就在大唐不夜城武后雕像和不倒翁姐姐表演場地旁邊的銀泰百貨後面。旺中帶靜，各種設施配套都很好。有專門洗衣房和消閑看書的地方。有恆温游泳池和健身房。記得帶上自己的游泳帽去。
衞生：非常好，進門處還有獨立的放行李和換鞋換衣服的小房間。衞生間乾濕分離。
環境：雖然離大唐不夜城僅百米，但是隔音相當好，一點兒不吵鬧。
服務：非常不錯的服務態度和反應速度。

優點：1.位置絕佳，距離大唐不夜城，近在咫尺。2.酒店公共面積超大，很上檔次，很舒服。3.房間面積很大，衞生間很大，設有衣帽間。4.早點很豐盛，地方特色食品很多。
缺點：1.衞生間的馬桶使用很不舒服，久坐更不舒服。2.送瓶裝水大姐敲門後無報號“您好！我是服務員。”3.大堂安保規範的禮貌用語有待提高。比如：外地來車進入酒店，路況不屬，逆行進入，保安第一句話：“地上標着大箭頭，你看不見。”我想問：“我看到了，我能逆着進嗎？你們為什麼不豎著標牌岀口，出口呢。那樣不是更醒目嗎？”希望你們能站在顧客的角度上多考慮問題。

酒店在大唐不夜城的一端，房間裏能直接觀賞部分街景。兩個卧室的套房面積很大，複式的樓上樓下各一個卧室，帶衞生間。還有客廳也帶一個小衞生間。酒店還提供免費的自助洗衣房，對遊客非常有幫助。早餐十分豐富，有不少當地的特色小吃。服務人員都會主動問候，真正的五星級酒店。
