平常家庭旅遊，總是希望一家五口能住在一起，都會選擇民宿優先，這間是我們住過最棒的，聽房東說是附近最新最高級的小區，實際體驗非常棒，尤其沒有一般人垢病躁音的問題，衛生也乾淨。早上去北門外面買早餐，便宜又好吃，我們全家都很喜歡。

小區：新的高檔小區，融創是大開發商，質量相當棒，24小時入住都很方便，安保也很到位，熱水也很好用。
房間：很安靜，很是滿意，屋子裡麪也是收拾的非常乾淨。傢俱很有質感和設計感，很講究。家人住的很舒服，還配了新的西門子滾筒洗衣機，很棒。
環境：相當棒，房子和小區是全新的，小區內的園林相當棒，有水景，有小童設施，全部石材路面，很講究，晚上休息也很安靜，鬧中取靜。
交通：交通便利，視野開闊，陽光充足。門口就是5號線地鐵漢城南路站和城市主幹道，公交車也很多，開車可以直接上高架橋，去哪裡都很方便。馬路對面就是大型購物中心。
停車：門口的馬路側和橋下晚上可以停車。門口5米也有收費停車場。
便利店餐飲和大型商業：門口有不少便利店和餐廳，周邊的吃的很多。馬路對面就是大型購物中心，吃喝玩樂都有，附近餐廳挺多，黃家泡饃和朱秀英梆梆肉比較有名，好吃。
大眾景點：無論去哪裡，坐地鐵都很方便。距離灑金橋和明城牆幾公里，開車也很方便。去南二環大唐不夜城，坐地鐵或者沿着二環高架走，很方便。
服務：房東訊息秒回，溝通的也很好，服務一級棒。已經推薦給小夥伴啦，以後再來！

交通便利，停車方便，就在門口5米處，晚上很安靜，可以休息的很好，房子是小區的大洋房樓王，一梯兩户，可視對講，24小時安保到位。屋子裡麪也很乾凈。全實木美式傢俱，很有質感，挺奢華，一看房東就是講究人。採光很棒，通風也很好。門口就是5號線地鐵漢城南路站和高新區的城市主幹道，不可多得的好房子。周圍吃的也很多，小區門口各種便利店很豐富，門口的黃家泡饃和朱秀英梆梆肉，是西安比較有名的小吃店，挺好吃。馬路對面就是大型購物中心，很方便。整體來講太棒了，喜歡。

融創的高端社區，半夜三點入住，很順利，保安很友好，24小時中控負責開門，難為你們了！房子很漂亮，一共住過二三百天，全新的美式實木傢俱很有檔次，家裡人誇我有裏有面，比五星級酒店好多了，馬路對面就是大型購物中心。停車方便，交通便利，地鐵便利。房東還幫我訂演出票，幫我推薦陝西菜餐廳，感動！

房子乾淨又漂亮，融創開發的高檔小區，距離地鐵很近，去鐘鼓樓不夜城很方便，馬路對面就是大型購物中心，吃喝很便利，小區鬧中取靜，樓下就有24小時便利店，感謝房東，之後必須再來！

很讚賞的社區，是個新的社區，也是高檔社區，全部石材路面，綠化也很棒，空氣清新，鬧中取靜，一出門就是地鐵5號線漢城南路站，去哪裡都很方便，去高新區辦事也很便利，去高新區開車也很方便，去高新醫院也很便利，門口就是上百米寬的馬路。物業管理非常到位，24小時物業管家隨叫隨到。整個小區很精緻，不大但是井井有條，也很安靜，鬧市中取靜，可以休息的很好，對客人的私密也保護的很好，24小時自助入住。安保很到位，執勤的人員24小時都在，入住很順利，半夜入住也沒有問題，全程自助，保安態度也很好。裝修風格好看，家電都是大牌，新的房子就是好住,推薦給大家，感謝。
