酒店位置絕佳！出門右轉就是小南門夜市。樓上還有一個天台可以看到城牆。邊吃早餐邊看城牆，非常愜意。 我們訂的親子房，非常寬敞。且小朋友非常喜歡上下鋪的設計。 前台的靜靜小姐姐人特別的熱心，有什麼問題她都熱情的幫忙。

很暖心的小姑娘靜靜，房間乾淨整潔，就在城牆旁邊，酒店附近的當地特色小吃也挺好吃呢，體驗感十足，設施齊全先進！下次還來

在這家酒店入住四天，給我留下了很深刻的印象，環境優美，店裡還有可愛的小貓。前台洋洋服務很好態度親切，總之很滿意！

出差住了兩天這個酒店。距離小南門早市很近，城牆根底下早上沒事可以跑跑步很舒服，前台莎莎服務很好，雖然房間也有不足的地方不過可以不計的，下次西安出差一定住這裏！

In addition, the floor drain was not blocked, but water started leaking out of the shower, and I happened to sleep on the bunk bed opposite the bathroom. So I had to use a bath towel to soak up the water... I'm a very talkative person. After reporting the situation to the front desk, I understood that it was too late, so I just stayed one night and talked about it tomorrow. It’s not easy for everyone, we are all working people. But it wasn't until the next day when I canceled my reservation at the attraction and was about to find another place to stay that I called me to tell me how to solve the problem. In the end, I changed to a room with a higher market price and stayed for two more days at the price I booked this room on Ctrip. But I can say that I didn’t take any advantage, because I paid by scanning the hotel’s payment code in person, and you don’t need to give the platform a commission. Maybe you will earn more instead🥹 The window in the room was small and airtight, and the sink was too dirty to get through. Bad 👎
