The front office was terrific. Special shout out goes to the manager, Ryan is his name if I got it right. Ryan helped us book Didi rides, basically making sure all my needs are catered to.
The people working in the breakfast room were super efficient: always clearing tables and replenishing food.
And to the housekeeping on level 16, An Na was making sure there was enough toiletries, drinking water, towels....
Overall I truly enjoyed my stay.
P/s the metro station is 10 meters from hotel entrance.

Service excellent, very clean, near metro, far from Terracotta but take didi ride 55 minutes. Services A+, bathroom A+, bed A+, fridge small and not cold. No ice machine but ask and they will bring to your room, free laundry machine but one 2 washer and 2 dryer. Overall A+ will comeback.
