外地朋友來西安玩，説是想在後海住看海的酒店，我當時讓她看悦苑和艾美酒店，她選了艾美，我也不好多説，可能她覺得艾美看景色多一點！但我知道艾美酒店時間太陳舊了，二零一幾年的時候建立初期叫凱賓斯基，後來換牌子艾美酒店，住進去以後，房子陳舊，最主要的是洗手間牆上怎麼還有一扇透明地方，也沒個拉簾，大清早那麼亮的把我眼睛刺的！入住的時候，還要交按金，現在都什麼年代了，還按金，我出去住五星級酒店，幾千元一晚上的酒店攜程訂的都沒讓交過按金，這還讓交500元按金，你們是房間有奢侈品嗎？呵呵，交按金也能理解，關鍵我第二天早晨退房，你們説按金原路退回，結果也沒給我退，到下午打電話説按金沒給我退，才給我退！這是不打電話也就不退按金了嗎？佔著西安這麼好的位置，結果沒有好好做服務和管理！
