老闆絕對是個好老闆，電話☎️溝通及時，基本是秒接，服務態度很好，對人熱情，房子性價比高，環境也很不錯，尤其是有考生入住，老闆還免費送去考場，真是服務到家啊，有需要在這附近居住的可以入住這裏😊

房間比較大，大廳也寬敞，乾淨衞生，性價比高，在東大街來説已經很好了，我們換了二樓的房間，採光更好，樓下有酒吧，美食一條街，我們一大家去秦嶺野生動物園逛的，以後有機會還會過來。

設施：設施不齊全。
衞生：衞生最老火，上一個客户退房都沒有打掃衞生，直接讓我們入住，我們自己打掃衞生！
環境：環境也差，熱水都放不出來，
服務：服務更是不説了，房間裏面蚊子🦟多得，剛進房間就被咬了幾個包，讓老闆找電蚊香，衹找了一個，讓兩個房間換着用，我都被整不會了，怎麼分，要求老闆去買一個。結果找了半截蚊香，但是打火機也不給！早上退房，沒有服務員，留的建議電話打不通，喊了半天才有人來給我們退房！就這條件，還收我們200元按金，不知道4.6分是怎麼打出來的，房間裏面礦泉水也沒有一瓶！
