開兩台車的就還是別去了吧，我們從雲南旅遊過來開了那麼久的酒店玩了那麼久，從來沒見過哪家酒店開一間房子衹讓一輛車出去而且我們開的是雙人床，那一家人的那些呢開幾台車的呢？那你衹讓一輛車出去嗎？整的真的很惱火，車位都是這麼搞的？而且男的服務員特別態度不好，強調不給我老公都發火了，想着第二天找他，整的挺尷尬的規矩，人是活的腦袋不會靈活點嗎？

這個酒店很奇葩，洗澡水不熱，放很久也不熱，工程人員來了就看了一眼，説熱水用完了，第一次聽説，四星級的標準，怎麼評上的，攜程的門檻都這麼低了，早餐也是很簡單，全是科技與狠活的半成品，沒有營養價值，很失望！

有史以來最差的一次體驗，入住前打電話給酒店瞭解有關停車問題，入住後需要加掃碼加微信發送房間號、姓名、停車消費記錄，結果被告知該房間入住人查不到，不是您，過了一會又被告知他們系統出錯，要我身份證號（搞什麼？詐騙嗎？）
系統出錯，登記人臉識別的時候為什麼沒提示客人系統出錯？
難不成您新酒店在一房多賣？在**嗎？

洗臉池漏水很慢，洗個臉水漏的很不及時！攜程訂的房間：説可以免費升級房型，下午2點多左右去的開的房間，説可以升級但是沒有打掃出來要等！時間不確定，就先開了正常房間説打掃出來了再換，結果下午4點多了打電話問還是沒有打掃出來，咱就是説，玩不起別玩！還不如直接説不給升放型。不會再去住了

1、房間的一次性拖鞋剛拆開鞋底就是臟的，不知道是不是沒有更換
2、房間訂了兩晚，中間沒有來打掃房間，在我們提醒過後才幫忙更換了浴巾以及補充衞生紙
3、第二晚房間電路故障，為了不耽誤休息時間我們提出換房，但是酒店沒有預留備用房間，前台告知我們房間已滿
4、洗澡洗到一半沒有熱水，聯繫前台卻被告知該時間段用水量大，需要等十五分鐘，並在第二天會向領導反應，但其實和我們同遊的朋友房間熱水是正常的。前台沒有解決問題的能力，衹是説等熱水，這洗到一半還要等熱水，並且熱水也不是一時半會能有的，蠻無語的……之後又説給我們換個房間洗澡，但明明前面斷電的時候説沒有空餘房間，現在又説可以換房間，問過後又説是一間有問題的房間，他們有問題的房間可真不少呢……
5、向前台提出需要加兩條被子，但被告知沒有多餘的被子，酒店都沒有備用的被子嘛？？
6、明明酒店門口有不收費的停車位，但被告知需要停在旁邊小區的地上停車場收費的位置

必須給這家酒店的客房服務點個大大的贊！因為行程變動續住，沒想到客房大姐打掃時還主動幫我整理了散亂的衣物，疊得整整齊齊，細節太暖心了。全程有專人跟進需求，前台小微服務熱情，打電話響應及時，門口保安也會貼心指揮停車。酒店環境乾淨舒適，設施完善，這樣的服務真的讓人住着安心又舒心，強烈推薦！
