"Must boast about room service! I wanted to drink hot water at night. I just dialed the phone and the staff sent it in three minutes. I also brought two packs of tea intimately. When I went out in the morning, I casually said that I wanted to change a pair of slippers. When I came back, I found that I not only changed it to a new one, but also put an extra pair of spares. "Great location by the Yellow River with views over amazing desert across and mountains on the other side. Spacious rooms with soft beds and a feeling of resort. Good breakfast and buffet dinners with large choice. What was missing is a spa and perhaps a swimming pool, although the expanses of water outside make it all up. Excellent and attentive service. I received a full support from staff, with Mi Jia being particularly helpful , giving me close support during my two-day stay, with finding local attractions as well as transportation (I particularly value it since I do not speak Chinese so we had to rely on apps). Overall I had a relaxing and smooth time in the hotel."

GGuest UserI have come to Grand Skylight Hotel more than once. The room is clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and can provide the necessary items in time. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and provided us with a free room upgrade. After entering the room, you will see a spacious and bright space and clean and tidy bedding. We were very satisfied. The room is equipped with a washing machine and a refrigerator, which provides great convenience for family travel. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can enjoy a good sleep every night. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are not only efficient, but also always pay attention to the needs of guests. The apartment-style management makes living there more secure, with someone on duty 24 hours a day to ensure safety and responsive service needs. The hotel is suitable for family trips, as well as business people and customers who need long-term stays. Next time we come to Wuhai, we will definitely choose to stay here again.
