"The location is convenient, but the hotel is very run-down! There are so many Indian guests! The facilities are ancient, like something out of a bygone era. The sink's hot and cold water taps are separate, so you can't adjust the temperature – it's really annoying to have to cup cold water with your hands, then add hot water to get a lukewarm mix for brushing your teeth! The room is cramped, and it's super noisy outside the window. Breakfast is terrible, and the service attitude is poor! I won't be coming back! It's not worth the price!"

"I liked the room so much that I didn't want to leave and continue on to York and Bridlington. I definitely recommend it to everyone; the room is well-maintained and clean, and the furniture, décor, and bathroom fixtures are all in excellent condition. It is located right next to the lake and the boat cruise center, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The room is spacious and has everything needed for a stay—the two days there flew by far too quickly. 🙂"

However, the fantastic environment is a huge redeeming quality, and overall, its minor drawbacks don't overshadow the positives."
