A clean and cozy hotel resides in the middle of the Windermere town. The hotel provides a kettle to boil water so we could enjoy tea and coffee there. Nice place to stay in for vacation. Definitely worth to visit again.

There is no bottled water in the room. The window of the room cannot be opened without a key. There is no reception. There is a surcharge of 35 pounds for non-check-out before eleven o 'clock.

Clean and sanitary, the service is also great, and it is convenient to go to the attractions. I will choose this hotel next time I stay!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable! The towel rack in the bathroom is heated, very comfortable. Self-service check-in, the room code will be sent to the email on the day of check-in. The environment is OK, check-in with password, check-out is early and luggage storage is thoughtfully arranged, similar to a homestay, hygiene is a bit problematic, the bedding is probably not changed, there are traces of sleeping, and a hair is found, there are also small hairs on the pillow, fortunately I brought disposable bedding, otherwise it would be difficult to sleep, the price is the most expensive on this trip, but the experience is the worst, the high price may also be related to being in the lake area, I hope it can be improved.

The hotel owner is very authoritarian. He doesn't even allow children to touch the walls in the lobby. When an old man walked out of his room to another room, he asked why he was walking in the corridor. Can't he just go to another room normally? There is no human rights in this hotel. The key is that the hotel owner is also very tasteless. After I called the police, he kicked me out and said that the police would not come a second time. He took advantage of this loophole and kicked us out of the hotel without any compensation! Don't stay here!
