Really good mid-range stay. The hotel’s a decent size with very reasonable rates. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with reliable Wi-Fi and a perfectly fine bathroom. The location’s ideal — right next to the big shopping centre. Can’t ask for much more from a mid-range hotel.

Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.

The room was to hot and the air conditioning was too loud .Because the air conditioning is very small it was very loud so I didn't sleep well at all

Comfortable 4-Star hotel a 5 minute walk away from Merry Hill. Clean rooms, great pool and hospitable staff. Best day to book is typically a Thursday night for value for money.

Really please with the overall stay and what they offer

The hotel is clean and tidy. The decor is dated but not unpleasant. The room we had was clean and equipped as advertised. The radiator was on which made the room a little too hot. There was no way to turn the radiator off. The reception organised a maintenance man to turn it off with an adjustable spanner. This was done quickly with a minimum of fuss. The maintenance man was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good. A good choice of pastry and a good machine coffee. The dining room was pleasant and clean. We enjoyed our stay and slept well in a comfortable bed. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcomed
