The room is big. However, the walls are thin, can hear people talking along the corridor and neighbours upstairs and next door making noises. People also smoked in the lift lobby, and the hotel staff did not stop them, although there is signage saying no smoking.

The shampoo and conditioner in this hotel were all used and not properly disposed of. The front desk didn't know where the hair dryer was, so the guests kept looking for it. The sockets on both sides of the bed didn't work, and the sockets on the table didn't work either. The facilities were really bad. The room smelled weird and stinky.
