A bit dusty, but we loved the view and the vibe of the place. Also, the check-in was very easy!

Room without windows it's ok for 1 or 2 nights but if you are claustrophobic move on.

Hi, the receptionist told me my deposit of $100 would be returned to my bank card account in 2 or3 working day. I checked out on June 6, but I haven’t got that deposit of $100 yet. Tell me why? All other hotels can return the deposit to bank card at once when I checked out . This hotel has to give me a clear explanation.

Quite good close to everything

Clean hotel and smooth check in. Only downside is the parking as you have pay additional to park in the facilities.

The room was quite big, but after 2 o'clock they told us that the room was not ready yet and that a deposit of NZ$100 had to be pre-authorized for check-in, but it was returned to me very quickly.

The reception is staffed from 8:00 to 18:00. Inquiries can be made by phone at other times. It is inconvenient. When using the shower in the shower room, if you use the shower head in the normal direction, water leaks into the toilet. The bed is too high. I couldn't watch the TV properly. Maybe the batteries in the remote were dead? It didn't respond.

Average experience: 1. The room is in the attic, which I was not informed of before, and it was very depressing to live in; 2. There was no sign at the door, so the room was not cleaned; 3. They knocked on the door at 9 o'clock on the day of check-out to urge check-out, and the cleaning was not so active; 4. The room was dimly lit and there were too few tables and chairs. The location is good, but the room price of about 800 yuan with the above shortcomings does not feel worth it

Located near the center of Wellington with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. This time I arrived in the evening, so there was no problem, but the front desk closes around 9pm, so I think you need to be careful about checking in late. The plan didn't include breakfast, but there was a refrigerator and electric kettle, so I was able to make do with what I bought, so there was no problem. The room was spacious, clean, and adequate for business use.
