Welcome to Seascape Views. We are 30km North of Auckland overlooking Manly out to Kawau and a 15 minute drive to Shakespeare Regional Park and Gulf Harbour. It is a short walk to the lovely Manly Beach that you can see from your deck. We are located close to shops, cafes and restaurants, golf courses and there is a bus stop at the top of the drive. Relax at our tranquil getaway . Sit on the deck with a cuppa or a wine and soak in the lovely sea view and tuis in the surrounding trees.The spaceYou have your own private lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette . The kitchenette has bench top oven with two elements, microwave, electric jug, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery cutlery to make your stay comfortable. It has a lovely deck area with a small table and chairs outside.The lounge has TV and a comfortable lounge suite for you to relax. The bedroom is a spacious area with lovely comfortable queen size bed, cane 2 seater couch, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk for laptop if required . Free wifi is availableGuest accessFree parking is availableWe have a shared driveway but we are the only house on the left handside down the driveway. Turn left just before the house and free parking is straight ahead in front of the small garden and very close to the Airbnb entrance. Would you like a holiday by the beach with a lovely Seaview? This is such a cute cottage, a short three minute walk to sandy Stanmore Bay beach. Enjoy the beach this summer, white sand & lovely clear water at Stanmore Bay. Comfortable bed with luxury cotton sheets & pillows for your best sleep ever. Couches to relax in and chairs on the veranda to take in the view & enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine. Nikau Palms & native bush surround the cottage which is set back from the road so it nice & quiet. Cafe’s, restaurants and shops are close by in Orewa. It's a great stop off on your way north leading to Matakana and the Bay of Islands. Stanmore Bay beach is a long beach so if you are wanting to get yours steps up walk the length of it to do 5000 steps. You will enjoy the family friendly hosts who live close by if you should need anything. Our contemporary home is situated on a clifftop overlooking Big Manly beach with private beach access. The amazing panoramic views of the Hibiscus Coast are spectacular from the bedrooms, lounge and dining room and decks.Whangaparaoa Peninsular offers many beaches that are great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, sailing or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beaches.The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and opens onto a large deck which is the perfect place to enjoy a Barbeque and glass of wine at the end of a busy day to watch the sunset.On this same level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed ( Sleeps 2 )and the other has two single beds ( Sleeps 2 ) There is also a bathroom and separate toilet.The large master bedroom with gueen bed ( Sleeps 2 ) plus en-suite is on the top floor.This holiday sleeps 6.Not suitable for children under 15 years.The ground floor has a fully equipped laundry. Off-street parking for two cars is included. The garages are not available to guests.All linen is included, along with beach towels and bathrobes if required.The property manager occupies the ground floor unit and is available to answer any questions during your stay.
