"Definitely coming back whenever I'm in Lombok! After hiking Rinjani, Amber was lovely space to recover and recharge. The restaurant's service and food quality were excellent, but there was a pack of local dogs nearby that made dining outdoors a hassle. Location is great for a getaway, but far from everything. Come here if you're looking for an escape because it'll be hard to order in Ojeks. Hotel does provide tours, scooter rentals and airport transfers; but you'll be far from the center."

"The staff are all very nice and eager to help. The resort is very beautiful just like the pictures and like out of the movies. The restaurant was great too!  It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice. Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.  I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.  Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes."

"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.  Le personnel est au petit soin, dommage que l'environnement de l'espace commun ne soit pas mieux entretenu .  But really just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Selong Belanâk !"

"The location of the inn is on the top of the mountain, the viewing platform is general and super beautiful. The boss is very enthusiastic, picking up the guests to go to the beach to surf and relax. The breakfast was very healthy and nutritious, but the amount was small. Less acceptable is the small animals outside the house at night, a lot of bugs. There was still a donkey in the room. Therefore, couples are recommended, but families with children are not recommended."

"View: 4.5/5 Villa size: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Maintenance: 2/5 This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact."

"If I could add a few more stars, I would, the owners and the staff that are more than staff, they are family for us. Kind, helpful, always a smile in their beautiful faces. The food was amazing, we didn’t want to get any food outside of the hotel because of the good tastes. The rooms are perfect and clean, small cozy place to relax and close from the beautiful beach. Thanks to all of you at the Amazing Lombok Resort for making our stay so beautiful."

Mein Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett war geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Spa-Bereich, in dem man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker – die perfekte Stärkung für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, ruhig und doch nicht weit von den wichtigsten Spots entfernt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!"

"The day I arrived, the room card was not accessible but it was handled by the facilities in a short while. Love that there is a separate table and the place to put luggage. The toilet is clean and the water pressure is strong, they provide shampoo & shower gel❤️ The only bad thing for me is there is ants on the table and along the wall though I did not have any opened sweet stuff and a bit dusty."
